Obtaining informative simple notes and certificates in the different Public Registry Offices (Real Estate, Commercial, Goods and chattels, Civil,...).

  • Making up entitlement and burdens Judicial Reports referring to the Real Estate.
  • Processing of Notarial Deeds and other public and private documents (buying and selling, mortgages, inheritances, donations, company constitutions, etc.). Some formalities need to be considered:
  • - Tax liquidation.
  • - Patrimonial Transmission and Documented Legal Acts.
  • - Successions and Donations.
  • - Municipal Capital gains.
  • Presentation of the documents to the corresponding Public Registry Office.
  • Formalities before Territorial Property Register..
